2010 is half over, and the better half is on its way. What have you learned from the past six months to help you prepare for the next six months and 2011?
Are You Ready to RAPIDLY ACCELERATE Leadership Development
and Growth in Your Organization?
After many executive and project teams hunkered down in 2009, they are now seeking outside help for leadership and team development. It helps them more rapidly acceleratetheir thinking to better lead, plan, work, improve productivity, reduce waste, and innovate Together more effectively.
Marcia Daszko & Associates is helping clients, individually and with its teams and organizations. With a fresh outside perspective, we quickly assess and coach leaders through challenging questions: How are we doing? Are we adapting enough? Is our environment respectful or toxic? Do our customers have great experiences? Do we have initiative overload with too many tasks to achieve? Are we dealing with too much complexity and inefficiency? (there is 30 to 70% waste in most organizations—how much is in yours?) Are we scanning new markets? Are we committed to helping each other and making significant improvements?
Personally or professionally, 2009 taught us some important lessons. Are you making the progress you want to make as a natural leader (one who others can look up to?) What legacy do you want to leave? By what measures do we succeed?
