2020 is off and running! Are we charting the way or holding on for dear life? What’s your Plan? Is it working? If it is, continue watching for those unforeseen opportunities! If it’s not, adapt and find new opportunities that will work for you and your organization! Life is about continually learning, trying new things, and adapting.

Some people don’t want to disrupt. They see it as a negative and say, “I don’t want to bring in disruption or disrupt my people.” But disruption happens. 

The wise leaders anticipate it, prepare for it, discuss it, cause it! It means create, innovate, transform, boldly change. Disruption creates new industries, new companies, new jobs and careers, new ways of doing things, and new products and services for customers. 

This means leaders need to guide their employees through the unknown, the uncertainty. But it also means that the Sprinters (natural leaders who emerge with ideas they want to see happen from across the organization and from “top to bottom”) need to be involved in the disruption. Sprinters make innovation happen and propel your organization into leading positions.
